These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other individuals who access or use the hbaej platform, including its website, mobile-optimised interface, game lobby, sportsbook, and all associated services (collectively, the "Services"). Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time from your account dashboard, subject to the following conditions being met:
